Currently I am with RE/MAX. I am wondering how can a Brokerage (like Kingsway) provide a good service to their agents when they are charging such a low fees. Financialy is kind of impossible. What do the agents get for $75? What about your rent? Staff? Profit?
I am thinking of leaving RE/MAX after being 10 years with the same office. I like your office location. I have too many questions to ask you. I may call your office. Do you have LIVE receptionist or like the other company answering service takes care of the calls?
